Are your prices negotiable?

Our rates are set based on the information provided during the booking process and are non-negotiable. We take pride in our work and the value we provide.

Which’s service would you recommend for a first time client?

For first-time clients that would like to develop a recurring cleaning service (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) we recommend an initial Deep Clean service. Our deep cleans are thorough and address areas not typically covered in standard cleans. This is the best way to reset your cleanliness level, allows us to clean to our standards, and subsequent standard cleanings can then maintain it.

Do I need to be present for home cleanings?

No, you do not. You can provide us with access to your home with a key, door/garage code, or you can buzz us in.

What is your cancellation policy?

What if I’m unhappy with the cleanings?

We come with 100% happiness guarantee. We want you to be absolutely delighted (not just satisfied) with our cleaning service. If for any reason you are unhappy, report your concerns to our office within 24 hours of service and we will gladly come back at no cost and reclean the areas you are dissatisfied with. We don’t issue refunds for services performed.

We understand that life can sometimes take unexpected turns, and you might need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning, we’re more than happy to reschedule for a day that is more convenient for you. In case you have to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we do need to charge a modest $40 fee. This is to partially cover the cost of reserving your time slot and to compensate our cleaning professional who’ve set aside time for your service
